LISA'S CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS
1 Chocolate ready pie crust
2 Pkg (3 oz each) cream cheese-softened
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1egg
3 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

CHOCOLATE GLAZE
Semi-sweet chocolate
Whipping cream

With mxer beat cream cheese until fluffy
Gradually beat in sweetend condensed milk until smooth
Add egg, lemon juice, and vanilla, mix well

Arrange raspberries on bottom of crust
Slowly pour mixture over fruit
Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees until center is almost set
Chill for 1/2 hour
For chocolate glase
In small sauce pan, melt 2 1oz pieces of semi-sewwt chocolate, and whipping cream
Cook and stir until thick and smoth

Pour glaze over top of cheesecake and chill till ready to serve
